Can I keep it in a cellar or in a fridge?
The recommended temperature and humidity for chocolate is below 50% humidity and around 14 to 20 Celsius. And from 57 to 72 Fahrenheit. It is not recommended to store in the fridge and / or freezer.

How long would it take for the products to arrive?
We mostly work with UPS, Fedex and other delivery companies so depends where you are and which types of shipping you choose on our checkout page. If you haven't received a tracking number and would like to track your package feel free to contact us at any time, we are always here for you!
In some cases, we recommend the Ultra Fast Delivery, especially during the hot summer days.
When are the orders shipped?
We recommend placing an order during the weekend or early in the week to avoid and weekend shipping delays.
We rather ship orders out from Monday to Wednesday to prevent them from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend so if you order later in the week, we might ship early the next week
How is this packaged in summer?
In the hot summer months we pack things with further insulation and icepacks if needed and / or send with a climate controlled vehicle and often recommend the Ultra Fast Delivery

Is it gluten free?
In USA our facility is gluten free and all of our Made in USA product line is gluten free! Yes even the pretzels. And they are so good nobody believes it.
Is it Kosher?
In USA and the middle east it is Kosher and has a Kosher Certificate.
Do you have dairy free chocolate?
Yes, our vegan chocolate do not contain dairy
Do you have chocolate without sugar?
Yes ,our sugar free chocolate does not contain sugar.
Are there minimum orders for wholesale?
No. You can order as many as you want and get the wholesale price.
