Ingredients:
For the yeast cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the pistachio cream:
- 1 cup pistachio cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded pistachios
Instructions:
1. Combine granulated sugar and warm milk in a large bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes frothy.
2. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually incorporate flour and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
4. After the dough has risen, deflate it by punching it down and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
5. Spread the pistachio cream evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
6. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log. Seal the seams by pinching them together.
7. Place the rolled dough, with the seam side down, on a greased baking sheet. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the yeast cake for 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Once done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
9. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in the pistachio cream and powdered sugar until well combined.
10. Carefully flip the cooled cake upside down. Dip the entire cake into the white chocolate and pistachio cream mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
11. Sprinkle powdered and shredded pistachios over the top of the cake for decoration
